Deposit

Deposit A deposit of $ 1100 per person is payable at the time of booking which will be non-refundable except in the event of the booking not being accepted by us for any reason, or if due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to provide the tour you have booked. By submitting the deposit the tour price is locked.

Balance and Single Room Supplement

The tour price is $ 4725 and is based on double occupancy. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the trip. If you are traveling alone, we will assign you a roommate of the same gender, or you can choose a room alone, paying the single room supplement of $ 600. There are a limited number of single rooms available on all trips. If you choose to be paired with a roommate and we are unable to pair you, we will invoice you for the single supplement 60 days prior to the trip. If we are subsequently able to find you a roommate, we will gladly refund the single supplement.

Cancellations and Refunds

To cancel your reservation for a tour, please send us an email notifying us of the cancellation. For an abundance of clarity and to avoid any miscommunication, we will not consider a reservation cancelled until we receive an email from you. Cancellations received prior to final payment will incur loss of non-refundable deposit . After the final balance is paid, the following cancellation penalties will apply : 0-30 days before departure: 100% of trip price 31-44 days before departure: 50% of trip price 45-60 days before departure: 25% of trip price Sardinia ZonaBlu Tours, LLC will not accept responsibility for any cancellations or effect on your holiday due to war, threat of war, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire and/or adverse weather conditions or any other causes beyond our control. If Sardinia ZonaBlu Tours, LLC does not fill the tour, the tour will be cancelled and guests will be fully refunded which will constitute a full settlement. Guests may also choose to transfer deposits or full registration to another tour date. If Sardinia ZonaBlu Tours, LLC modifies travel dates or the tour itinerary due to circumstances beyond its control that results in our inability to travel on the modified travel dates, you will be issued a credit to use toward an alternate tour of your choice with Sardinia ZonaBlu Tours, LLC

Insurance

It is a requirement that you must arrange adequate holiday insurance or independent traveler protection. Such insurance should cover full medical expenses, personal baggage, personal accident, accident, loss or damage to property, personal liability, legal expenses and emergency.

Transfers

Transfers include in the cost of the tour is provided as a group transfer. Please ensure before booking that the relevant transfer can be met. Sardinia ZonaBlu Tours, LLC will not be reliable for any private transfer cost which is a direct result of flight delays. The additional cost should be claimed against your travel insurance or directly with the airline in question. We shall not be responsible for baggage lost in transit while responsibility of the airline. We are more than happy to arrange a private transfer for you should you wish to arrange flights out of the group transfer times, however this will result in an additional surcharge being payable by yourself.

Airfare

The tour price does not include airfare and Sardinia ZonaBlu Tours, LLC assumes no responsibility for the cost of your airfare if the tour is cancelled. Please do not purchase airfare until the tour is confirmed. You will be notified by email once the tour is confirmed.

Tour Details

Travel itinerary and tour details are posted on the website www.sardiniazonablutours.com. The itinerary is subject to change based on availability changes, weather and/or time allotments. If unforeseen circumstances require a change of the tour itinerary, Sardinia ZonaBlu Tours, LLC will make every effort to select alternative accommodations of the same standard and to keep modifications of the itinerary to a minimum.

Trip Price Does Not Include

Air and land transportation to and from trip. Beverages. Personal expenses. Non-scheduled visits and activities.

Responsibility & Release

You are responsible for reading the pre-trip information material and bring with you all of the appropriate clothing and equipment, as well as acting in accordance with the customs and laws of the regions visited. Sardinia ZonaBlu Tours, LLC reserves the right to accept, remove, retain or decline any trip member at any time for any reason. No refund will be given and no further transportation will be provided after the moment of expulsion. Sardinia ZonaBlu Tours, LLC, its members, employees, and agents, hereby give notice to you that all services and arrangements related to your tour have been made by Sardinia ZonaBlu Tours, LLC only as agents upon the express condition that Sardinia ZonaBlu Tours, LLC shall not be liable and does not assume any responsibility for any claims, damages, expenses or other financial loss whether to person or property arising out of any injury, accident, death, cancellation, inconvenience, delay, alteration, or required modification to tour dates or tour itineraries resulting from any act, omission or inadvertence of any hotel, carrier, restaurant, government, or any other person or entity, or that which is caused by weather, sickness, pandemics, strikes, quarantines, or the willful or negligent acts of any tour members or any other cause whatsoever that is beyond the control of Sardinia ZonaBlu Tours, LLC. You agree to allow Sardinia ZonaBlu Tours,LLC to take photographic or film records of any of our trips and trip participants, including you, and hereby authorize and license to Sardinia ZonaBlu Tours,LLC on a worldwide royalty-free basis the right to use any photos that include image or likeness for promotional and/or commercial purpose, in perpetuity. Payment of your deposit represents your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as all general information listed on www.sardiniazonablutours.com.
