Frequently Asked Questions:
Are flight costs included in our tour fares?
No, you have to book your own flights. We will pick you up and drop you off at Olbia Airport, which is only a 50 minute flight away from Rome. Please let us have your travel information at least 15 days before departure.
What else is not included?
Traveler’s insurance, any side trips or excursions outside of the set itinerary, gifts and souvenirs and some lunches.
Is this a kid-friendly tour?
Your kids are welcome if they are older than 16.
What kind of clothes should I bring?
You will need some good shoes for our excursions and a bathing suite (just in case). We will provide beach towels if we need them.
How fit should I be?
At Sardinia ZonaBlu Tours we offer some excursions that require guests to be in good health and capable of participating in our off-road tour and boat tour. We do offer an alternative for guests that don’t wish to participate in the more challenging hiking tour.
Is Sardinia safe?
The island is one of the safest places to travel in Italy.
Do guests get some quiet time or personal time?
Our itineraries are planned to give our guests plenty of occasions to get out in the evening, talk to the Sardinian people or simply walk and explore the surroundings on their own. If guests choose relaxation away from the group or another diversion they are free to do so and resume group activities the next day. All diversions and transportation away from the group are at guests’ expenses.
